<br />.... <br /> <br />r: <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 664 <br /> <br />REVISED <br /> <br />An ordinance providing for insurance for contractor's licenses <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS: <br /> <br />The New Brighton City Code of Ordinances is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Section 7~35. <br /> <br />(]) A certificate of insurance shall be on file with the City before a contractor's license shall be <br />issued. The insurance shall remain in full force and effect during the term of the license and the <br />insurance shall contain a provision that the policy cannot be cancelled without ] 0 days written <br />notice to the City. A license shall terminate immediately in event the insurance is cancelled or <br />expIres. <br /> <br />(2) The insurance shall provide at least $300,000 for injuries per person for an amount of not less <br />than $500,000 per accident and property damage in the amount of at least $300,000 per <br />occurrence with an annual aggregate of $500,000.
