(permitted Accessory Uses, R~l, District) <br />OF THE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 2-270 of the Zoning Code of the City of New Brighton, is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 2~270. FAMILY <br /> <br />An i.\d;v;dual VI t..v (~) 01 mOLe, pGHlOM ..Jat....d D] blood, hh\h;A5....' VI adoption living <br />togGthGI 4~ 4 f4mB] unit. <br /> <br />A. An individual. <br />B. Two (2) or more persons all of whom are related by blood. marriaf!e. adootion. or <br />foster care arrangement living together as a single housekeeping unit. <br />C. A I!roup of not more than four (4) oersons not so related. maintaining a single <br />housekeeping unit. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 4-020.c. of the Zoning Code of the City of New Brighton, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />c. Keeping of not more than a total of two (2) boarders and/or roomers by a resident <br />family, as defined in Section 2-270. A or B, whether for compensation or not for <br />comQensation. <br /> <br />Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on the day following its publication. <br />
