<br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides
<br />subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria
<br />be met; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such criteria
<br />has been met.

<br />I NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by 'the Counci 1 of the City of
<br />I.New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above
<br />I described property into parcels described as follows:
