T <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />NOTICE OF SALE <br /> <br />$1,400,000 General Obligation Tax Increment <br />Bonds of 1983, Series A <br />City of New Brighton <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />These bonds will be offered on Tuesday, July 12, 1983. <br />Bids will be accepted by the undersigned until 3:30 o'clock <br />p.m., C.T., at the City Hall in New Brighton, Minnesota, <br />when they will be opened. The City Council will meet at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., C.T., on the same day to consider the <br />bids for award of sale. Each rate must be in an integral multiple of <br />5/100 or 1/8 of 1%, and no rate may exceed the maximum rate <br />permitted by law on the date of sale. Minimum price, <br />$1,373,000. An unquali fied legal opinion wi 11 be furnished <br />by O'Connor and Hannan, of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
