New Brighton City Code Section <br />17.63 is amended as follows: <br />Sec. 17-63. Assessment of coats Incurred <br />by city. <br />Costs incurred by the City In destroying <br />noxious weeds shall be chargell to the <br />landowner and Msessed as provided ,in <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section ~~. <br />Costs incurred by the' city in destroying all <br />other weeds shall be charged to the <br />landowner In the 1ollo'l,(ing manner.
