<br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-49 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAHSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />I <br />( <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER FOR THE OLD HIGHWAY 8 STORM <br />SEWER PROJECT 78-7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Project 78-7 was constructed without benefit <br />of issuing improvement bonds; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the cost of this project was $56,500; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a cash deficit now exists in the amount of the <br />project cost because no bonds were issued; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this project has assets from assessments and a <br />payment from the Water Fund which will be adequate to finance <br />the project cost; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, proper accounting requires that the deficit be <br />eliminated before the assets are received as cash by the City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that: <br /> <br />1. A transfer shall be made from Fund 549 to <br />Fund 556 to cover the cash deficit; <br /> <br />2. All assets from Project 78-7 shall become <br />assets of Fund 549 to reimburse this Fund <br />for the transfer. <br /> <br />3.
