WHEREAS, an application for a Preliminary PRO #37 and <br />Preliminary Plat PL-133 has been made by James Thyen to permit <br />i the development of 13 single family homes and 12 townhomes, and <br /> <br />I <br />j <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />!i <br />II <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />j <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the provedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That an application- for preliminary PRD-37 and prelimianr <br />plat, PL-133 wa5 filed wit~ the ,City of New Brighton on <br />January 27, 1983. <br />2. That the Planning Commission, pursuant to published and <br />mailed notices, held a public hearing on PRO #37 and <br />PL-133, all persons present at the hearing were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br />3. That the City Council held a pbu1ic hearing on PL-133 and I <br />considered PRO #37 on February 22, 1983. All persons <br />present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be <br />heard. <br />4. The written comments and analysis of the city staff, the <br />Planning Commission minutes and recommendations were <br />considered. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />i <br /> <br />i <br /> <br />! That the property is zoned R-l, Single Family Residential. <br />2. That the preliminary plat is consistent with the sub- <br />divison regulation contained in Chapter 26 of the City <br />Code. <br />3. That the proposal is consistent with the stated purpose <br />and principles of the PRO provisions as contained in <br />Section 7-010. <br />4. That the PRO is consistent with the existing zoning and <br />goals of the City Comprehensive Plan. <br />5.
