The New Brighton City Council has initiated <br />consideration of proposed Improve~ent #83-7, the construction <br />of sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer to serve the <br />Stony Lake Office Park and to ass:ess the benefitted property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant <br />to Mi nnesota Sta tutes Sect i on 429.011 to 429.111' (1 aws 1953, <br />Chapter 398, as amended); <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be <br />referred to the New:Brighton Director of Public Works for <br />study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council <br />with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary <br />way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as <br />to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvements as recommended. <br /> <br />Adopted thi s 8th day of.
