<br />owned by Mr. John Ordway;
<br />2. That there arena utilities within the utility easement;
<br />3. That the City Council has approved the develop~ent permit
<br />for lP-133, Stony Lake Office Park; ,
<br />4. That said aporoved development will notus,e the s~bject
<br />utility easement; and
<br />5. That the develop~ent of theorooerty will be impeded by
<br />this easement if not vacated.
