That any olugging or impairment of the operation of the City sew~r system"~ith qreas~ will be considered orima f'i:\'ciaeviden,ce th'at Section 24-8 of the City Code, Section 15-147 of the City Code, Article V, Section S-4A of the Rules and Regulations for the Metrqpolita>> Sewer Disposal System have been and are bein.g violated, and that the r'ight of the rendering plant to use the City sewer system is thereby immediately suspended. The amount of grease discharged into the City sewer system shall be 100 mg. per liter or less. If the City sanitary sewer system or lift station wet well becomes plugged a~ a result of the operations at the rendering plants. the cost of cleaning shall be paid by the rendering plants making use of that part of the sewer system that has become olugged. 4. That Gordon Rendering Company be appraised that the City of New Brighton will continue to work with the MPCA and the Metropolitan Sewer Board to assure that all applicable rules, regulations and codes are complied with. 5. That not less than two, and at the City's discretion, up to four stack tests are to be made each year and that frequent inspections be made by the City Sanitarian to make sure the Gordon Rendering Company is complying with the City's requirements.
