<br />-' <br /> <br />(1) The table of contents includes a Section VI, <br />proposing establishment of Tax Increment Dis- <br />trict No.4; <br /> <br />(2) The term Ramsey County Auditor has been <br />changed to Ramsey County Director of Taxation <br />and Records Administration; <br /> <br />(3) The legal changes necessary due to the 1982 <br />amendment to the Tax Increment Financing Act. <br /> <br />(4) Property to be acquired in proposed Tax Incre- <br />ment District No. 4 has been included in Sub- <br />section N); and <br /> <br />(5) The tax impacts on other taxing jurisdictions <br />in Subsection P have been changed to reflect <br />the proposed establishment of Tax Increment <br />District No.4. <br /> <br />Section 3. Implementation of Modified Development Pro- <br />gram for Development District. <br /> <br />3.01.
