Compliance Orders. ,ill If the Citv discovers anv violations of this Code of Ordinances or anv codes adopted herein : i by reference that constitute or may pose a fire hazard. the City shall give notice to the owner or , ! occupant of the premises by United States mail at the last known address of such person and by : i postillll such notice in at least one conspicuous place upon the premises in which the violation is : i occurring. : (2) The notice shall describe the violation and specify a number of davs to correct the violation. Sec. 7~ 156. Term of Certificates. : , ; I, Fire orotection certificates shall continue in effect until terminated in accordance with Section 7-157. Sec. 7~157. Termination. 1ill Fire protection certificates may be terminated on any of the following grounds: A. Failure to allow insoection as reQuired bv Section 7-153. B. Failure to pay the fee reQuired by Section 7-154. C. Failure to comply with orders to correct violations as reQuired by Section 7-155. i , I . I ill The City Council mav terminate a fire protection certificate after giving the owner or occupant at least seven calendar davs' notice of a hearing theron.
