<br /><' <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />Notice of Public Hearing <br />Commercial Development Revenue Bond or Note <br />(MCCullough & Company Hotel Project) <br /> <br />A pUblic hearing will be held by the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton, Minnesota, at the City Hall, 803 - 5th <br />Avenue N.W., New Brighton, Minnesota, at 7:35 p.m., <br />August 10, 1982, for the purpose of considering a proposal <br />that the city undertake and finance a commercial development <br />project in the City. A meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton will follow the hearing, at which a <br />resolution giving preliminary approval to the financing of <br />the project will be considered. <br /> <br />The proj ect, proposed to be operated by McCullough & <br />Company, an Illinois partnership, constitutes theacquisi- <br />tion of land within the City, the acquisition and construc- <br />tion of a building thereon and the acquisition and installa- <br />tion of equipment therefor to be used as a hotel and related <br />facili ties. The estimated pr incipal amount of the Obliga- <br />tions proposed to be issued by the Ci ty is $10,000,000. A <br />draft copy of the proposed application to the Commissioner <br />of Energy, Planning and Development of the State of Minne- <br />sota, together with all attachments and exh ibi ts thereto, <br />will be available for public inspection at the Ci ty Hall <br />during regular office hours. <br />
