<br />.. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />2598 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION COMMENDING THE SCOUT GROUPS OF NEW BRIGHTON FOR <br />COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of New Brighton actively encourages active <br />participation of its citizens in civic affairs, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the city recognizes that it cannot provide all <br />services necessary to provide a high quality environment, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the scouting program is strong and active in New <br />Brighton, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the scouts have participated in clean~up efforts <br />on Long Lake and on public lands in the city, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the city wishes to acknowledge and show appreciation <br />for this valuable community service <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the New Brighton City <br />Council does hereby express its appreciation to the scouts of <br />New Brighton for their efforts on behalf of the eity and its <br />residents. <br /> <br />Adopted this <br /> <br />2St:h <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />M;::JY <br /> <br />, 1982. <br /> <br />APPROVED; <br /> <br />~/j~ <br /> <br />Grego B. reus, Mayor <br /> <br />Ja~: ~. <br /> <br />k- ...-J",- - 0 &' <br />...
