An officer, firefighter, or apprentice firefighter of the New Brighton Department of Public Safety, Fire Division, not on a leave of absence, medical leave of absence, or on suspension. (l0) Quarter. The fire division of the Department of Public Safety is hereby authorized, created, and established in and for the City of New Brighton and shall be known as the "New Brighton Department of Public Safety, Fire Division".
