Z13 Chapter, subdivision also means the <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON division of any land within a single tax <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY parcel, including the division of lots or <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA parcels that have been combined for tax <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE purposes. (Code 1966; Ord. No, 274, 2- <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND IN THE CITY' 9-71; Gode of 1988; Code of 2001) <br />AMENDING CITY CODE SECTIONS 26: Section 2. The Code of Ordinances of' <br />3 AND 26-i8 the City of New Brighton. Minnesota, is <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF amended by adding new Paragraph (4) to <br />NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA. DOES Section 26-18 as fOllOWS: <br />ORDAIN as follows: (4) In the case of a request to subdivide <br />Section 1. The Code of Ordinances of a single tax partel Into lots that were <br />the City of New Brighton, Minnesota, previously approved by the City in a plat, <br />Section 26-3, Paragraph 20, is amended where all of the lots meet the current <br />to read as follows: requirements of City Code, the <br />(20) Subdivision, The division of a partel subdivision may be approved by the City <br />of land for the purpose of transfer of Council by resolution without a public <br />ownarshlp or building development into. hearing, <br />two or more lots or parcels any of which <br />resultant parcels Is less than five acres In <br />area or has a frontage of 300 feet or less' <br />on a public right-of-way; or, If a new street <br />is involved, any diVision of a parcel of <br />land. The term includes resubdivision <br />and, when appropriate to the context, <br /> <br />Section 3.
