City Authority to Initiate Cleanup and Recovery of Costs. , <br />i <br /> <br />(1) m wi~n 10 days after service of notice of the Declaration of Public Health Nuisance, the City <br />is una>>le to locate the property owner or the property owner fails to arrange appropriate assessment <br />and cltj:anup, the City Sanitarian is authorized to proceed in a prompt manner to initiate the on-site <br />I, <br />assessItnent and cleanup. <br /> <br />; : <br />(2) ~ City may abate the nuisance by removing any hazardous structure, building, or otherwise, <br />in aCQ<1>rdance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 463, Chapter 17 of the New Brighton City Code or <br />by an~ other means provided under law. <br /> <br />(3) Ifj:the City abates the public health nuisance, it may recover all costs associated with such <br />abatewent.
