The New Brighton Zoning Code Section 4-530 (1), paragraphs A, B, D, E, F, and K <br />Accessory Buildings in Residential Districts are amended as follows: <br /> <br />A. An accessory building or detached garage shall not be located within the front <br />yard. <br /> <br /> <br />B. Accessory buildings or detached garages shall match or compliment the existing <br />primary residential structure in height and materials~ and shall conform with all of <br />the setback requirements for the zoning district where located. <br /> <br />D. The combined size of any attached and detached accessory structures or garages <br />shall not exceed 1,664 sq. ft. <br /> <br />E. An accessory building or detached garage may be constructed up to a maximum <br />of 1,064 square feet. Any structure larger than 624 square feet up to 1,064 <br />square feet shall be subject to approval of a Special Use Permit. <br /> <br />; <br />q <br />:1 <br /> <br />F. No attached garage shall exceed 1,064 square feet. <br /> <br />,I <br />II <br />11 <br /> <br />K. Accessory buildings exceeding 624 square feet in size shall be subject to <br />approval of a Special use Permit under Section 8-110 through 8-130 and subject <br />to compliance with the following conditions: <br /> <br />-, <br />\ ~ <br /> <br />1. Roof and exterior color and material must be consistent and <br />complimentary with the principal structure. <br />2. If deemed necessary by the City Council, landscape screening shall be <br />provided to lessen visual impact from adjacent properties. <br />3.
