! : .-.,- i 1 ORDINANCE NO. 724 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; AMENDING CITY CODE SECTIONS 4-22, 4-62, 4-81 and 15-213. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the Code of the . City of New Brighton, Minnesota is amended as follows: Section 1. Section 4-22 of the City Code is amended as follows: No person shall induce a minor to purchase or procure intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating 3.2 percent malt liquor. I Section 2. Section 4-62 of the City Code is amended as follows: The hours of operation for the sale of nOnIDtoxieating 3.2 percent malt liquor shall be those specified by State law. Section 3. Section 4-81 of the City Code is amended as follows: No person holding an on-sale license for the sale of 3.2 percent malt liquor who is not ; also licensed to sell intoxicating liquor shall sell or permit the consumption or display of intoxicating liquor on the licensed premises or serve any liquids for the purpose of mixing with intoxicating liquor. The presence of intoxicating liquors on the premises shall be prima facie evidence of possession of intoxicating liquors for the purpose of sale; and, the serving of any liquid for the purpose of mixing with intoxicating liquors shall be prima facie evidence that intoxicating liquor is being permitted to be consumed or displayed contrary to this Chapter except for persons holding a nonintmdcating 3.2 percent malt liquor license which specifically permits the preparation of setups on their premises. Section 4. Section 15-213 of the City Code is amended as follows: :Nonmtoxieating or i:ntoxieatiflg liquorsAlcoholic beverages shall not be allowed on any licensed premises at any time. Section 5.
