<br />:! <br /> <br />-~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 728 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO STORAGE OF JUNK OR ABANDONED <br />VEHICLES; AMENDING CITY CODE SECTION 17-49 <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the Code <br />of Ordinances of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 17-49 of the City Code is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 17-49. Storage Restricted. <br /> <br />No person shall store or keep an abandoned or junk vehicle (as those terms are defined in <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 1688.011), a wrecked vehicle or an inoperable vehicle on <br />private property without a special use permit granted by the City Council unless such <br />vehicle is stored in a fully enclosed garage. Vehicles not in conformity with Minnesota <br />motor vehicle statutes regulating equipment, registration and insurance for operation on a <br />street or highway, shall not be stored or kept on private property for more than 30 days <br />without a special use permit unless such vehicle is stored in a fully enclosed garage. <br /> <br />Section 2.
