That such application was reviewed by the New Brighton <br />Planning Commissi,on Board of Review on July 21,1981. <br />3. That the City Council, purs\iantto published and mailed <br />notices, held a public hearing on August 11, 1~81, all <br />person's present at the hearing were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br />4. The written comments and analysis of the City staff, the <br />Planning Commission minutes and recommendations were <br />considered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED~ That the New Brighton City <br />Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to <br />PL-126: <br /> <br />1. That the property is zoned R-l, Single Family <br />Residential; <br />2. That the lot sizes meet all subdivision and zoning code <br />regulations ~nd are compatible with surrounding <br />properti es; and <br />3. That the proposed plat is generally consistent with the <br />Comprehensive Plan; and <br />4. That final grading and drainage plans be approved by <br />the Rice Creek Watershed District and City Engineer; <br />2.
