That an application for a variance, VN-222 was filed with <br />II the City of New Brighton on July 14, 1981. <br />II 2. That such application was reviewed by the New Brighton <br />I: Planning Commission Board of Review on July 21, 1981. <br />II 3. That the City Council, pursuant to published and mailed <br />I notices, held a public hearing on August 11, 1981, all <br />I person's present at the hearing were given an opportunity <br />Ij' to be heard. <br />I 4.
