Section 1. Section 6-030 of the Zoning Code of the City of New Brighton, is hereby amended <br />" <br />i Ito read as follows: <br /> <br />ilsECTION 6-030. PERMITTED USES, 1-1 DISTRICT. <br /> <br /> <br />a. Any use permitted in the business district, except residential use. <br />b. Wholesale and warehousing, trHek terminal fir yttrtl. <br />c. Laboratories for research and quality control in the physical sciences. <br />d. Public and public utility uses. <br />e. The manufacturing, assembly and/or processing ofthe following: <br />1. Beverage processing and bottling. <br />2. Business machines, such as typewriters, accounting machines, calculators, <br />computers, and card counting equipment. <br />3. Cameras and other photographic equipment except film. <br />4. Canvas and canvas products. <br />5. Ceramic products, such as pottery and small glazed tile. <br />6. Cosmetics and toiletries. <br />7. Electric appliances, such as lighting fixtures, irons, fans, toasters, and electric toys. <br />8. Electric equipment assembly, such as home radio and television receivers and home <br />movie equipment, but not electric power substations or electric machinery. <br />9. Electrical supplies, manufacturing and assembly, such as wire and cable assembly, <br />switches, lamps, insulation, and dry cell batteries. <br />10. Food products, processing and combining of (except meat and fish), baking, boiling, <br />canning, dehydrating, freezing, frying, grinding, mixing and pressing, (except the <br />rendering of fats and oils). <br />11. Glass products from previously manufactured glass. <br />12. Hair, felt, and feather products (except washing, curing, and dyeing). <br />13. Hat bodies of fur and wool felt. <br />14. Ink mixing and packaging and inked ribbons. <br />15. Leather products, including shoes and matching belting. <br />16. Luggage. <br />17. Metal finishing, plating, grinding, sharpening, polishing, cleaning, rust-proofing, <br />and heat treatment. <br />18. Metal stamping and extrusion of small products such as costume jewelry, pins and <br />needles, razor blades, bottle caps, buttons, and kitchen utensils. <br />19. Musical instruments. <br />20. Orthopedic and medical appliances, such as artificial limbs. <br />
