<br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

<br />of the City of New Brighton, IS hereby
<br />amended to read as follows:
<br />SECTION '6-050. USES BY SPECIAL
<br />PERMIT, 1.1 DISTRICT
<br />a. The City Council maY.permlt any use in
<br />induStrial districts (except residential uses) by
<br />means of a Special Use Permit if such use
<br />meets the standards in Section 8.130.
<br />However, any use that Is allowed within the 1-
<br />2, Heavy Industrial DlstriCt,or by the nature or
<br />the use is, Heavy Industrial, shall not ,be
<br />considered as a use permitted by Special Use
<br />Permit.
<br />SecltIon 4. Section 6.130 of the Zoning Code
<br />of the City of new Brighton, is hereby
<br />amended to read as follows:
