The City Council maY.permlt any use in <br />induStrial districts (except residential uses) by <br />means of a Special Use Permit if such use <br />meets the standards in Section 8.130. <br />However, any use that Is allowed within the 1- <br />2, Heavy Industrial DlstriCt,or by the nature or <br />the use is, Heavy Industrial, shall not ,be <br />considered as a use permitted by Special Use <br />Permit. <br />SecltIon 4.
