<br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR CURBING AND SURFACING ON 9A AVENUE

<br />BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the City of New Brighton
<br />as follows:

<br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to an advertisement in the New Brighton
<br />Bulletin April 30, May 7, and 14, 1981 and Construction Bulletin
<br />May 1, 8 and 15, 1981, bids for Curbing and Surfacing on 9A
<br />Avenue N.W., 11th Avenue N.W. and 8th Street N.W., Project
<br />#79-10B and Silver Lane Extention Project #80-9 were received,
<br />opened and read aloud by the City Administrator at 11:00 A.M.,
<br />May 22, 1981, accordi n9 to 1 aw and the fa 11 owi ng bi ds were
<br />received complying with the advertisement.

<br />of $103,465.45 be ordered.

<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED By the Council of the City of New
<br />Brighton, Minnesota:

<br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and
<br />directed to enter into the attached contract with
<br />N.D.H., Inc. in the name of the City of New Brighton
<br />for Curbing and Surfacin90n 9A Avenue N.W., 11th
