That an application for special use permit, SP-97 was filed with <br />City of New Brighton on April 2, 1981. <br />2. That such application was reviewed by the New Brighton Planning <br />Commission Board of Review on April 22, 1981. <br />That the City Council, pursuant to published and mailed notices, <br />a public hearing on Arpil 28, 1981, all person'~ present at the <br />hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. <br />4. The written comments and analysis of the City staff, the Planning <br />Commission minutes and recommendations were considered. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />held <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the New Brighton City Council makes the <br />following Findings of Fact in respect to SP-97: <br /> <br />1. That a planned residential development for two (2) condominium build- <br />ings on this site is being considered; <br />That two weeks prior to corrunencingconstruction the applicant proposes <br />to install a sales trailer; . <br />That the application will not adversely affect surrounding land uses <br />contingent on.certain conditions; <br />4. That such a request is similar in nature to the "model'! home permitted <br />by the zoning code for residential projects.' <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />1. That a sketch be filed with the City Planner denoting the following: <br />a. That the location of trailer is setback at least 30 feet from <br />any pUblic street; <br />b. That access to the trailer be provided along the approved access <br />points on either Windsor Court of Windsor Lane; <br />c. That the driving lane and parking area be of a dustless surface and <br />approved by the City Engineer; <br />d. That there be at least five parking spaces provided adjacent to the <br />trailer but no on the street side of the trailer; <br />That the trailer be of a type compatible with the quality of the <br />project, be well maintained and self-contained; <br />3. That the sales trailer be removed within two (2) years of the approval <br />of SP-97 or after 30 days of the completion of one building which <br />ever comes first; and <br />That any relocaHon of the trailer not in conformance with the sketch <br />submitted as a result of building construction is subject to approval <br />by the City Planner. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />April <br /> <br /> <br />II. <br />1) " . ~,'~,'~ ~.~ <br /> <br />~ : <br />
