<br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPiOVING APPl~CATION FOR
<br />PRELIMINARY PLAT, PL-123
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, An application for a preliminary plat entitle.4
<br />PL-123 has been made by Belair Builders to subdivide prope~ty
<br />for the construction of two (2) condominium buildings; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, The procedural history of the application is as
<br />follows:
<br />
<br />1. That the application for pr~liminary plat, Pl-123 was
<br />filed with the city of New Brighton on April 4, 1981.
<br />2. That such application was reviewed by the New Brighton
<br />Planning Commission Board of Review on April 22, 1981.
<br />3. That the City Council, pursuant to published aad mailed
<br />notices, held a public hearing on April 28, 1981, all
<br />person1s present at the hearing were given an opportunity
<br />to be heard.
<br />4. The written comments and analysis of the City staff~ the
<br />Planning Commission minutes and recommendations were
<br />considered.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the New Brighton City
<br />Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to PL-12t:
<br />
<br />1. That the subdivision is consistent with the Comprehensive
<br />Plan;
<br />2. That the subdivision meets the requirements of Chapter
<br />2 6 of the City Codes a n dQ. 11 applicable zoning code
<br />req u i remen ts ;
<br />3. That the subdivision is consistent with preliminary
<br />Planned Residential Development, PRD-3l.
<br />
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOl:VED, That the,appltcation for preliminary
<br />plat, PL-123 is and hereby appro\led'subJect to the following
<br />conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That final plat include s~bdivision name, denote lots
<br />,and block'with respective legal descriptions;
<br />2. That the filing of the final plat also include any
<br />convenants or deed restricti~ns, homeow~er5 association
<br />papers and all dedi'cations to be approved by the City
<br />Attorney.
