<br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY STUDY AND, CALLING .FOR A

<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Council Resolution #2403, adopted
<br />December 9, 1980, a report has been prepared by the Engineering
<br />Department of the City of New Brighton with reference to the
<br />construction of proposed Improvement #81-5 Storm Sewer and
<br />the Reconstructio~ of 16A Street N.W. between Long Lake Road
<br />and 14th Avenue N.W.

<br />WHEREAS, this feasibility report was received by the
<br />City Council of the City of New Brignton on March 10, 1981.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
<br />City of New Brighton:
<br />
<br />1. That the Council will consider the construction
<br />of proposed Improvement 81-5, Storm Sewer and
<br />the Reconstruction of 16A Street N.W. between
<br />Long Lake Road and 14th Avenue N.W. in
<br />accordance with the report and the assessment
<br />of continuous or benefitting properties for
<br />all or a portion of the cost of the
<br />installation pursuant to Minnesota Statute
<br />429.011 to 429.111 (law 1955, Chapter 398 as
<br />amended) at an estimated cost of $60,100.
<br />2. That the public hearing will be held on said
<br />proposed improvement in the Council Chambers
<br />of the City Hall at 7:40 P.M., March 24th,
<br />1981 and the Clerk shall give mailed and
<br />published notice of such hearing improvement
<br />as required by law.
