Same - Optional Appendices and Chapters. <br /> <br />": <br /> <br />. The following appendices, standards, and supplemental materials and supplemental materials are not <br />a mandatory part of the code but are adopted by reference for the City and are incorporated into this <br />ordinance as completely as if set out in full: <br /> <br />. a. Appendix Chapter 3, Division I and 2 <br />b. Appendix Chapter 4, Division I and III <br />c. Appendix Chapter 33 <br />d. 1306 Special Fire Protection, Option 8 <br />e. 1310 Building Security <br /> <br />3. Section 7 ~ 4 of the New Brighton City Code entitled "Organization and Enforcement" is amended <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />. Section 7-4. Organization and Enforcement <br /> <br />. The application, administration and enforcement of the Code shall be in accordance with Minnesota <br />rule part 1300.2100 and as modified in Chapter 1305. The Code shall be enforced with the <br />extraterritorial limits permitted by Minnesota Statute 16B.62, Subdivision 1 when so established by <br />, this ordinance. <br /> <br />The Community Development Department shall be the Building Code Department of the City. The <br />administrative authority shall be a state certified "Building Official" as prescribed by Minnesota <br />Statute 16B.65. <br /> <br />The appointing authority shall be the city manager. <br /> <br />4. Section 7 - l6 of the New Brighton City Code entitled "Permits, Inspections, and Fees" is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 7 - 16. Permits, Inspections, and Fees. <br /> <br />" The issuance of permits and the collection of fees shall be as authorized in Minnesota Statute 16B.62, <br />Subdivision 1 and as provided in Chapter 1 of the 1997 Uniform Building Code and Minnesota Rules, <br />Parts 1305.0106 and 1305.0107. <br /> <br />. Permit fees shall be assessed for work governed by this code in accordance with Section 7 - 18. In <br />addition, a surcharge fee shall be collected on all permits issued for work governed by this code in <br />accordance with Minnesota Statute 16B. 70. <br /> <br />5. Section 7 - 19 of the New Brighton City Code entitled "Violations and Penalties" is amended to <br />read as follows: <br />
