<br />'- <br /> <br />4/.. <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RULES OF CONDUCT ON CITY PROPERTY <br /> <br />The City Manager is authorized by City Code, Section 18-5.5 to promulgate and enforce rules and <br />regulations for the use of property owned or controlled by the City. Violation of the following rules may <br />result in criminal prosecution, ejection from the public facility and revocation or suspension of privileges to <br />use the public facility. <br /> <br />It is a violation of City rules: <br /> <br />1. to damage or destroy public property; <br /> <br />2. to interfere with the conduct of the public business by city staff or citizens; <br /> <br />3. to interfere with the use and enjoyment of public facilities by other citizens; <br /> <br />4. to interfere with the perfonnance of duties by City employees; <br /> <br />5. to subject City employees or other citizens to unwanted attention or advances, intimidation, <br />harassment, annoyance, alarm, hostility, oppression, persecution, stalking, or injury; <br /> <br />6. to engage in any conduct which intrudes on the privacy or interferes with the liberty of <br />another or which can reasonably be expected to disturb, annoy, frighten, or oppress another. <br />Such conduct may include, but is not limited to: stalking, following, staring, or pursuing; <br />obscene, derogatory or offensive acts, words or gestures; intimidating or hostile comments <br />or actions; disruptive, noisy or boisterous activities; and unwanted advances or attention. <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />o h3/'7 <br /> <br />"' , <br /> <br />By Order of the City Manager <br /> <br />1~~ <br />
