<br />. . <br /> <br />u",.. of <br /> <br />. ... <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE MORATORIUM ON NEW DEVELOPMENT IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ALONG THE HIGHWAY 8 CORRIDOR. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of New Brighton Does Ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. By Ordinance No. 623, the City Council adopted a moratorium on new <br />development in certain areas of the City of New Brighton along the Highway 8 <br />Corridor and directed a study of the Highway 8 Corridor be conducted. The <br />study, authorized by Ordinance No. 623, has not yet been completed and it is <br />therefore necessary to re-establish and extend the moratorium created by <br />Ordinance No. 623. <br /> <br />Section 2. Minnesota Statutes, Section 465.355, subd. 4, allows for the extension of a <br />moratorium for up to an additional period of 18 months. <br /> <br />Section 3.
