Definitions. <br />For purposes of thiS chapter, the following I <br />,words and phrases shall have the meanings . <br />respectively aecribed to them: <br />At I.....: Off the premises of the owner and <br />not under the physical control, by leash or <br />othilfWlse, of the owner, a member of the <br />owner's family. 01' a. person designated' by the <br />,owner. <br />e.t: A domesticated feline animal, Including' <br />both male and female. <br />City: Area within the corporate limits of the <br />City of NIIMI BrIghton, <br />Do,: A domesticated canine animal, <br />Including both male and female. <br />~.I: Any place where more than three <br />(3) dogs or more than three (3) cats or any <br />combil\Qtion of more than three (3) cats and <br />dogs arek!lPl on the same premises except a <br />::;; kiten8 or pups may be lap for six (6) <br />1Iftef birth. Diseased Animals. <br />No person shall keep Or suffer to be kept on <br />his PJ~rolse.s occupied by him, or permit or <br />suffer to run at large any diseased antmal. <br />Sk 6-3. Cruelty to Animals. <br />No person shall inhumanely, unrlecessarlly <br />and cruelly or WIlntonty. beat, Injure, torment <br />or otherwise abuse an animal or cause or <br />permit an ,animal fight. <br />Sec. 6.S. Kennela. <br />No person shall maintain in this city a <br />kenne.l except in compliance with the <br />provisions.of the zoning ,ordinance. <br />Sec. 6-6. Confinement. <br />A.
