<br />c" <br />!ri-: ,,~. <br /> <br />, <br />.,.. -' <br /> <br />" II <br /> <br />, "It <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING EXCEPTIONS TO THE CITY OF <br />NEW BRIGHTON DEVELOPMENT MORATORIUM FOR <br />REMEDIATION OF CONTAMINATION; AMENDING NEW <br />BRIGHTON ORDINANCE NO. 623 <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that Ordinance <br /> <br />No.~ is amended by adding new section 4.02 as follows: <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />4.02.
