These figures are <br />less than the limit of 150 odor units allowed and less than one <br />million odor units per minute allowed by APc-9, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A second emissions tests was performed on <br />November 6, 1980, which indicated an average odor level of 5, <br />odor units per cubic foot and a total emission of J80,OOO odor <br />units per minOte. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Offensive Trades <br />License of Gordon Rendering Company be granted under the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. All doors and windows shall be kept closed during <br />periods of operation so that all rendering plant air <br />will be processed through a scrubber or burned, <br />except during periods of loading and unloading when <br />loading doors may be open but these periods shall <br />be kept to a minimum. <br /> <br />2. Gordon Rendering Company shall continue to perform <br />all obligations required of it by its agreement with <br />the City of New Brighton dated January 25, 1977 and <br />as amended by an agreement dated December 12, 1978. <br />
