Syndicate Addition to Minnesota Stock Yards, and with an <br />address of 1411 - 7th Street NW is in a structurally unsafe and <br />hazardous condition, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The following FindingS'o~~act are made in regard <br />to the above described property: <br /> <br />1. The cente,r of the ba.sement floor ha.s settled to <br />approximately 811 lower than the' outside walls. <br />2. Structural cracks have occured on the foundation <br />wall sin s eve r ~ 1 p 1 ace s.: " <br />3. The earth beneath the cente~ of the re~idence has <br />fallen away from the concrete floor approximately 311. <br />4. The gas, water and sewer pipes are all under severe <br />strain. <br />5. The structural beam holding up the first floor has <br />been lowered causing the first floor to be uneven. <br />6. That as a result of facts 1 thru 5 the building, in <br />the opinion of the Building Official is in an unsafe <br />and hazardous condition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton that based on the above Findings of Fact the <br />owner of Lots 1 thru 5. Block 7, Syndicate Addition to Minnesota <br />Stock Yards, and with an address of 1411 - 7th Street NW is and <br />hereby ordered to take all necessary actions to repair or remove <br />the residence. Rework the structural bearing in the basement so <br />the structure will be able to adequately support <br />itself and its intended live load. <br />2. Remove the strain on all gas and water <br />3. Remove the strain and rework the sewer <br />insure that sewer gas cannot enter the <br />4.
