THE PARK <br />PLACE STORM SEWER AND DETENTI0~ B~SI~S <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant tO,resolutions adopted by the City <br />Council, plans andspecificationSfQr City Project No.SO-S. <br />the Park Place storm~ewer and detention basins hav~ been <br />prepared 'uhder:thd'dir~ctio~'of the City Director of Public <br />Works and have been presented to the City Council for approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved. <br />2. That the City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the official n~wspaper and in the <br />Construction Bulletin advertisements for bids for <br />construction of the above mentioned improvement <br />projects in accordance with such approved plans <br />and specifications.
