Such plans and specifications are hereby approved. <br />2. That the City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the official newspaper and in the <br />Construction Bulletin advertisements for bids for <br />construction of the above mentioned improvement <br />projects in accordance with such approved plans <br />and specifications. The advertisement shall be <br />published for three (3) weeks, shall specify the <br />work to be done, shall state that the bids will <br />be opened in the City Council Chambers at 11 :00 AM, <br />September 5th, 1980 and considered by the City <br />Council at 7:30 PM, September 9th, 1980, in the <br />City Council Chambers at the City Hall and that <br />no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed <br />with the Clerk and accompanied by a bid bond or <br />certified check payable to the City of New <br />Brighton for five percent (5%) of the amount of <br />such bid. <br /> <br />Adopted this <br /> <br />12th day of <br /> <br />, 1 980 . <br /> <br />August <br /> <br />4 <br />ivm~t;j4e~/ <br /> <br />Ja'~s w.
