On NOl/ember 21, 1995, the Planning <br />f COmmlllllanconducted the scheduled pUblic <br />hearing ,and reviewed information provided by <br />, Clty'staff and members of the public. <br />1.03. The information provided by City staff <br />and the public at the November 21, 1995 publiC <br />heering brought to the Planning Commission's <br />attention the fact that tha portion. of the Code <br />relating to billboards, and the pl"OpO\led atl18n(I. <br />ments thereto, may not be...in harmony WIth <br />other portions ot the Code, and ma~ not ad&- <br />quM8ly protect the pUbllehealth, safety and <br />welfare \>f the cUizens of the City. <br />1.(14.
