<br />f." <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />I <br />J <br />'"i <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />., <br />(.; <br />:1 <br /> <br />!: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 2356 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS AND SETTING DATE OF HEARING: FOR <br />ASSESSMENT OF IMPROVEMEKT PROJECTS 79-2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 and 80-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The following public improvement projects were order- <br />ed by the City Council of the City of New Brighton at public <br />hearings held in 1979 and 1980, and <br /> <br />" <br />~ i <br />Ii WHEREAS, Said improvement projects are now completed so that <br />.[ the costs thereof can be special assess~d. <br /> <br />1. Project 79-2, Oakwood Estates 1st Add. Street & Utilities <br />2. Project 79-3, Oakwood Estates 3rd Add. Street & Utilities <br />3. Project 79-4, Innsbruck North 2nd Add. Streets & Utilities <br />4. Project 79-7, 19th & 19A Street Storm Sewer <br />5. Project 79-8, Cleveland Avenue Sanitary Sewer Extention <br />6. Project 79-9, Stony Lake, Street & Utilities <br />7. Project 80-4, Palmer Drive Sidewalk <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of New Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The cost of such improvements to be specially assessed is <br />hereby declared to be $667,954.60; <br />2. The City Clerk with the assistance of the City Engineer <br />shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be speciall <br />assessed for such improvements against every assessable <br />lot, place, or parcel or land within the district <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided <br />by law and shall file a copy of such proposed assessments <br />in his office for public inspection; <br />The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed <br />assessments, notify the Council thereof; <br />That a public hearing on the proposed assessments be set <br />for August 26, 1980, at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall; and <br />The mailed notices of this hearing be sent to each <br />benefited property owner as required by law. <br /> <br />q <br /> 3 . <br />;1 <br />i 4 <br /> . <br /> 5 . <br /> <br />Adopted this 29th day of July, 1980 by the New Brighton City <br />Council. <br /> <br />;. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Manager <br /> <br />Vernon C.
