0./ ,~ I: I I .~~ .. ~ RESOLUTION NO 2355 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally south of Sunset Lane, east of Riviera Drive and west of 6th Street SW) WHEREAS, The City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: PARCEL A: Lot 4, Block 12, Apache Hills Second Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, subject to utility and drainage easements shown on plat; and PARCEL B: Lot 10, Block 1, Shirley and Lee's Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, State Statutues require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinanc~, appr~v~l.of that muni~ipality must be obtained before such I subdlvlslons can be flled, and . I WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code I provides for subdivision of property without platting if ~J certain criteria can be met~ and WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that such criteri has been met. I NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels: described as follows: PARCEL 1: Lot 4, Block 12, Apache Hills Second Addition, including that triangular part of Lot 10, Block 1, Shirley and Lee's Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying Northwesterly of the following described line. More accurately I described as follows: I Beginning at a point on the North line of Lot 6, Block 12, Apache Hills Second Addition, distant I 16.40 feet Westerly of the Northeast corner thereof; thence Northeasterly to a point on the North line of Shirley and Lee's Addition, distant 47.00 feet Easterly of the Northwest corner thereof and ther terminating. Subject to easements of record. PARCEL 2: Lot 10, Block 1, Shirley and Lee's Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except that part thereof lying Northwesterly of a line drawn from a point in the North line of said lot distant 47 feet East of the Northwest corner said Lot to a point in the West line of said distant 45.63 feet South of the Northwest corner of said lot.
