<br />~7' <br /> <br />,-- <br />. r' ........... <br />J <br />Ii .-. <br />, - <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 2349 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAY <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />WHEREAS, It appears to the City Council of the City of <br />New Brighton that the road hereinafter described should be <br />revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions <br />of Minnesota Laws: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of <br />the City of New Brighton that the road described as follows, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />11th Avenue N.W. between 8th Street N.W. & 10th Street N.W. <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of <br />said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of <br />Highways of the State of Minnestoa. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of <br />this resolution to the Commissioner of Highway for his <br />consideration. <br /> <br />Adopted this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 1980. <br /> <br />22nd <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~~ uO;?~ <br />Vernon C.
