(63-80650-170-01) prepaid the assessment to the city on Septembe <br />.; I <br />;1 4, 1979 which were posted to Lot 16, Block 1 Wedgewood Addition <br />I (63-80650"'160-01) in error, and <br />! <br />1 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />\ I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS only the city by Council resolution can correct such <br />errors once they have been certified for cOllection. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of New <br />Brighton as follows: <br />1. Assessments for city Improvement 77-4, County Auditors <br />Code #1617 for ~t 17, Block 1 Wedgewood Addition <br />(63-80650-170-01) be and are hereby abated. <br /> <br />2. Assessments for City Improvement 77-4 County Auditors <br />Code #1617 for Lot 16, Block I,Wedgewood Addition be <br />and are reinstated for collection by Ramsey County with <br />other taxes on said property. <br /> <br />BE IT FUR'l'HER RESOLVED. that, the Clerk/Treasurer be and is hereby <br />directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Ramsey <br />County Auditor. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of July 1980. <br /> <br />"(0.......
