<br />"'" <br /> <br />I! <br />II <br /> <br />'"' <br /> <br />v <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 2287 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1980 MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER'S LICENSE <br />FOR MINAR FORD, 1100 SILVER LAKE ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 15, Article II of the City Code requires <br />new and used car dealers to be licensed on an annual basis, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minar Ford has duly applied for a 1980 Motor <br />Vehicle Dealer's license, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 15-25 of the City Code authorizes the <br />City Co un c i 1 to imp 0 s e con d i t ion s II i t de ems n e c e s s a r y 0 r <br />advisable in the public interest", <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of New Brighton that Minar Ford be granted a Motor Vehicle <br />Dealer's license for 1980 subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1, No flashing or whirling devices or pendants or other <br />attention gathering devices shall be permitted, <br />2. All lighting shall be directed on the premises; Monday <br />through Thursday all lights shall be turned off after <br />9:30 P,M, until 5 A,M, with the exception of security <br />lights and the lights in the southeast corner con- <br />sisting of one pole with three globes and one pole <br />with two globes, Friday through Sunday the same <br />conditions shall apply except that general lighting <br />shall be turned off at 6:00 P,M, <br />3, All landscaped area shall be maintained and the <br />landscaping plan approved by the City Council on <br />December 28, 1971 shall be fully complied with, <br />4, All waste materials, debris, refuse, junk or damaged <br />vehicles shall be kept inside the building or in an <br />area completely screened from public streets and <br />adjacent property, <br />5, Employee parking shall be in designated parking areas <br />and not on the public street, <br />6, No vehicles for sale shall be parked on a public <br />street nor on any landscaped area of the site, <br />7. No loud speaker system shall be permitted except in <br />the interior of the building, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this resolution become a <br />part of the license and be conspicuously posted on the <br />premises and shall be exhibited to any person upon request. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of January, 1980. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />ylla, City Manager <br /> <br />"-.......
