BRIGtrrON ORDAINS that the New BrIghton <br />Code of Ofdlnancea is amended as follows: <br />section 1. Section ....106 is amended as <br />follows: <br />Sec. 4-101.~. <br />There.hall be~flve (5) categories of <br />"on-eale" liquor licenses authorized to be <br />IssUed by the City. <br />(a) Small restaurants: Smeli restaurants' are <br />nrataurant8 havlng an Interior public area of not <br />less than filteen hundred (1,500) square feet <br />and not more than twolhouaand four hundred <br />and ninety-nine (2,499) ,&quare feet. <br />(b) MfIdIum f'NIaurants: Medlumreetallrants <br />are restaurants having an interior public area <br />of. not less than twenty-five hundred (2,500) <br />square feet and not more than tour thoUsand <br />nine hundred and ninety-nine (4,999) square <br />feet. <br />. - (c) Large restaurants: Large reStauranlsare'-. <br />restaurants haYing lIII.lntariOI' public:: area of flye <br />thousand (5,000) or more square feet of Interior <br />public area. <br />(d) Hotels and motsIs: Hotels and motels are <br />- defined in Mlnne8Ola.
