'1:.",. , , ~.~ , , ORDINANCE NO. 587 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PERMITTED USES IN BUSINESS DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON; AMENDING NEW BRIGHTON CITY CODE SECTIONS 5-010, 5-120, 5-220, 5-340, AND 5-420; AND ADDING NEW SECTIONS 8-700, 8-710 AND 8-720. The City Council of the City of New Brighton ordains that the New Brighton City Code of Ordinances are amended as follows: Section 1. New Brighton City Code Section 5-010 B-1 Limited Business District, Permitted Uses, paragraph (4) is amended as follows: (4) It shall be the policy of the city council to consider other uses not listed in this section. (7) It shall be the policy of the city council to consider other uses not listed in this section.
