--- --- , ,'''". ~ ORDINANCE NO. 584 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON CODE OF ORDINANCES SECTIONS 4-11, 4-12, 4-105, 4-109 and 4-113, ALL RELATING TO REGULATION OF THE SALE OF NONINTOXICATING AND INTOXICATING LIQUOR IN THE CITY ,. j, '.. ~Jr.l THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA ORDAINS that Chapter 4 of the New Brighton Code of Ordinances is amended as follows: Section 1. New Section 4-11 is added as follows: Sec. 4-11. Noisy or disruptive activities. The occurrence on the licensed premises of a violation of Section 17-2 (Noisy Parties or Gatherin~s) is a violation of this Chapter for purposes of Sections 4-82 and 4-132 and is a violation of Article VI for purposes of Section 4-176. Section 2. New Section 4-12 is added as follows: Sec. 4-12. Prohibited Conduct. The following acts or conduct is prohibited on any premises licensed under this Chapter. ill The employin~ or use of anf person in the sale or service of bevera~es in or upon the licensed premises where such person is unclothed or in such attire, costume, or clothin~ as to expose to view any portion of the female breast below the top of the areola, or any portion of the pubic hair, anus, cleft of the buttocks, vulva or ~enitals. ill The employing or use of the services of any host or hostess while such host or hostess is unclothed or in such attire, costume, or clothin~ as described in Subparagraph (1) above. ill The encoura~ne; or permittine; of any person on the licensed premises to touch, caress, or fondle the breasts, buttocks, anus, or ~enitals of any other person. ill The permittin~ of any employee or person to wear or use any device or coverine; exposed to view, which simulates the breast, genitals, anus, l?ubic hair, or any portion thereof.
