<br />adding new section 9-1,80 as lollows:
<br />S.c. 9-180. Non-Commerclel, Opinion Signs I,n
<br />Comrnercllll and Induatrlel Districts. Any "ngle Sign
<br />or stgnabl. arell permitted on a slle which Is
<br />deYOtad to any commercial or Industrllll use
<br />(whllther as a permlttad uoe, sccasoory use. con.
<br />dltlonal use, or non-conlormlng use) msy be uoed.
<br />In lieu of other slgnage permitted u.l:d.t "Ibis.,
<br />Chapter, as a Non-Commercial Opinion Sign. In ad-
<br />dition 10 such Sign. any permlttad Billboard may be
<br />used as II Non-Commerclal Opinion Sign.
<br />SECTION 6. This ordinance shall take elfect on tha
<br />day lollowing its publication,
