PlH'tlcl,.lon In NoIsy p,rI_ or <br />Glltherlngs <br />A, No person shall congregate at, or panlclpale in, <br />any pal1Y or gathering 01 people lrom which noise <br />em,,",les o/'a eufflclent volume or of such nature to <br />reasonably disturb the peace, qulel, or repose of other <br />persons. <br />B. A police officer msy order all persons present et <br />such party or gath8flng other than the own....... residents <br />or tenants to Immediately disperse. Any pel'llon who <br />refu88!l to leall8 after being ordered to do so by a police <br />ofIicer(s) is guilty of a violation of this division, <br />C, Any owner, tenant. or resident of the building or <br />place who has legal authority to control the activities <br />at suoh building Of place knows or has rea!lOn to know <br />of the disturbance and falls to immediately tak.e <br />reasonable steps to abate such dlsturbance(s) is guil- <br />ty of a violation of this division, <br />D.
