Section 4-7 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 4-7. Sale to certain persons. <br /> <br />No intoxicating liquor or beer shall be sold, furnished, procured for or <br />delivered to any intoxicated person, to any habitual drunkard, to any person under <br />nineteen (19) twenty-one (21) years of age, or to any person to whom the sale <br />thereof is prohibited by law. <br /> <br />Section 4. Section 4-20 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 4-20. Purchase by or for minors. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person under nineteen (19) twenty-one (21) years <br />of age to purchase, attempt to purchase, consume or have another person purchase <br />for him or her any intoxicating liquor. <br /> <br />Section 5. Section 4-21 is hereby amended to read: <br /> <br />Section 4-21. Receipt of liquor by minors. <br /> <br />No person under nineteen (19) twenty-one (21) years of age shall receive <br />delivery of intoxicating liquor. <br /> <br />Section 6. Section 4-23 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 4-23. Possession by minor. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of nineteen (19) twenty-one <br />!ll1 years to have nonintoxicating malt liquor or intoxicating liquor in ffis <br />possession for the purpose of consumption by him or her or any other minor. <br />Possession by a minor of any nonintoxicating malt liquor or intoxicating liquor shall <br />be prima facie evidence of intention to consume the same. <br /> <br />Section 7. Section 4-24 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 4-24. Misrepresentation of age. <br /> <br />No person under nineteen (19) twenty-one (21) years of age shall <br />misrepresent his or her age for the purposes of obtaining liquor or beer nor shall fte <br />any person enter any premises licensed for the retail sale of liquor or beer for the <br />purpose of purchasing or having served or delivered to him or her for consuming <br />any such liquor or beer. <br /> <br />Section 8. Section 4-25 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 4-25.
