Except for single family and two family dwellings, all off- <br />street driving, loading and parking areas shall be constructed with poured- <br />in-place concrete curb. <br />c) Striping. Except for single family and two family dwellings, all parking <br />stalls shall be marked with white or yellow painted lines not less than <br />four (4) inch~s wide. . <br /> <br />d) Traffic Safety Islands. Traffic safety islands shall be installed at the <br />ends of each parking tier. Additional traffic safety islands may be <br />required to maintain safe and orderly flow of traffic within the parking lot. <br /> <br />e) Boulevard Parking. The boulevard portion of the street right-of-way shall <br />not be used for parking, except for improved driveways serving single and <br />two-family residential dwellings. <br /> <br />f) Required Setbacks for Parking Areas, Aisles, and Driveways.
